Anh's Final Thoughts

As my summer co-op with SEED comes to an end, I want to take a moment to reflect on what an incredible experience this has been for me. I’ve learned so much; not just about the work itself, but about collaboration, communication, and what it means to work with a team of professionals.

I am grateful for the guidance and support that I have received throughout my time here. As the Administrative and Communications Coordinator, I had the privilege of working with the Skills2SucSEED team and observing the impact being done. From working behind the scenes to actively participating in workshops, every task, meeting, and conversation taught me something new. I find that this opportunity has been nothing short of amazing, and I feel more prepared and confident as I take my next steps in my journey.

One of the things I cherished most about my time at SEED was seeing how dedicated everyone was to their jobs and the difference that they make within our community through the organization's operations.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their knowledge with me, answer my questions, and make me feel welcome at this incredible place. I truly appreciate the opportunity and will carry the things that I have learned with me wherever I go next.

While I am sad to leave, I’m also excited to see what comes next for me. I will always look back at this experience as a meaningful and important part of my growth.
