Kathy Murphy – Secretary

Kathy Murphy has successfully led and transformed organizations by streamlining processes, implementing quality standards, and enhancing both client and donor engagement. She is certified in Adult Learning and Development from the University of Toronto's OISE, and has completed the Certified Management Consultant designation from CMC-Canada along with an MBA from Saint Mary’s University. Before establishing her own consulting practice, Kathy held senior executive roles at United Way, the Centre for Entrepreneurship Education and Development (CEED), Dalhousie Medical Alumni Association (DMAA) and Canada’s Immigration Museum at Pier 21. She completed Mentorship Fundamentals, a comprehensive Strategic Mentor Training Program, along with various other professional accreditations. Kathy has coached and mentored numerous teams, with a focus on strategic planning, governance, employee engagement, and successful negotiation and conflict resolution.
