Kevin Pike is a governance and security strategist whose work sits at the junction of law, technology, and institutional design. He has shaped enterprise level security and compliance architectures across multiple sectors, drawing on experience in regulatory risk management, cybersecurity alignment, and advisory work on organisational governance. His background blends legal training with technical fluency, supported by graduate work in telecommunications law (LLM) and a range of industry sub specialisations.

Kevin operates a boutique technology consultancy practice focused on building durable compliance frameworks and governance structures for organisations in Canada, the United States, and the wider Atlantic region. He also serves on several industry boards and committees in the data privacy and AI governance space, bringing a clarity of thought informed by both practical exposure and systemic analysis. He contributes to the Board a strategic, structure first approach to decision making and a commitment to strengthening institutional resilience, operational credibility, and long horizon capacity across Atlantic Canada.
