Ravinder Kumar – Director

Ravinder Kumar is a multilingual commerce and governance professional with experience spanning finance, supply chain operations, and contract execution across Nova Scotia and Quebec. He currently supports the Finance team at Nova Scotia Hearing & Speech, contributing to operational efficiency in a provincial healthcare environment. Ravinder has held several roles in the private sector, supporting logistics coordination, client service, and contract delivery for diverse organizations. He brings strong communication skills in English, French, and Hindi, and has contributed to governance and communitycentred initiatives through his work with AGIR Montréal, the Ocean View Foundation, and SEED. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and continues to pursue ongoing training in finance, leadership, and nonprofit governance.
