Cailey’s Final Thoughts
As my time at SEED comes to an end, I’ve been reflecting on everything I’ve learned over the past 4 months. I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity, especially as it was my third and final co-op position.
During my time at SEED, I continued to develop my skills in marketing and communications, while also growing professionally. I had the opportunity to work on social media management, content creation, blogs, website development, and other projects that challenged me to think creatively and build my confidence.
One of the aspects of SEED that I will remember most is the support provided by the team. From the first day of my placement, I was encouraged to think critically, take initiative, and share new ideas. It was a workplace where my contributions were valued, and I always felt supported while developing my skills and trying new things.
This experience has taught me so much about collaboration and creativity, and the importance of creating opportunities that empower youth. I’ll be leaving with new skills, meaningful experiences, and a greater appreciation of the work SEED does to support youth across the province.
Thank you to everyone at SEED for making my final co-op such a positive and memorable experience!
